Cheap Men's Surfing, Wakeboarding, & Waterskiing Wetsuits

Mens surfing wetsuits with the right combination of features can allow you to enjoy surfing anytime of the year. Wakeboarding wetsuits will not keep you dry completely since these wetsuits allow a little amount of water inside.

If you are purchasing for wetsuits for males, you need to know the factors that make the best wetsuit:

1.    The thickness of wetsuit is in millimeters and affects the warmth. For instance, wetsuit thickness can be measured in two millimeters, 3/4 millimeter and 4/3 millimeter. The first number is for the thickness in the torso part while the second number represents the extremities. Less neoprene is usually used in the extremities to improve flexibility. Thickness decreases flexibility and increases warmth so it is necessary to know if you want to more flexibility or warmth.

2.    The neoprene type is important because it affects the flexibility and there are three neoprene types for surfing wetsuits or water skiing wetsuits. These types are the super stretch neoprene, standard neoprene and super stretch water repellant. Some manufacturers use different degrees of neoprene types in order to sell wetsuits at various price levels. If you are purchasing wetsuit for surfing, it is necessary to have at least thirty percent of super stretch neoprene in the wetsuit. However, professional surfers prefer surfing wetsuits that have sixty to one hundred percent super stretch neoprene in order to have the maximum flexibility level.

3.    The seam construction is also necessary for comfort and warmth. Guys who surf in colder locations with water temperatures below sixty-five degrees require sealed seams in order to keep the warm water inside and the cold water out.

4.    Flatlock stitching is advised for warm water temperature above sixty-two degrees. Flatlock stitching can be easily recognized from the outside and the exterior and the interior seams look the same. The construction of the interior seam is comfortable and flat.

5.    Sealed or glued and blindstitched is recommended in locations with cold water temperature of fifty-five degrees and above because the seams let very little water to get inside the seams.

In purchasing wetsuits for guys, remember that there are a lot of makes and models from different companies that ranges from cheap to luxury. Make sure to recognize your budget as well as your needs in order to have the best wetsuit for you.
